WSB-40 Centrifuge for Cannabinoid Extraction

The WSB-40 is designed for the maximum extraction of cannabinoids and is suitable for mid to large scale production volumes.  This machine can handle up to 40 pounds per 10-to-20-minute cycle and boasts 98% cannabinoid removal.

Curb

• 304L stainless steel construction with internal vacuum/fluid jacket that covers the entire height of the curb
• Vacuum/fluid jacket supplied with (2) 1/2” NPT connections
• 1-1/4” inertia pad curb floor includes a 3” sanitary fitting for effluent outlet
• Jacket pressure limits are 0-15 PSI

PLC

• Allen-Bradley CompactLogix, 24 VDC, Ethernet, located in tethered drive enclosure

HMI

• 7” Panelview Plus 7, 24 VDC, ethernet, mounted in NEMA 4X enclosure on machine frame
• CL.1 DIV.2

External Finish

• External stainless steel surfaces 39 Ra or better
• Carbon steel surfaces powder coated per RAL 9005 satin

Internal Finish

• All internal surfaces stainless steel with 32 Ra finish or better

Curb Top
304L stainless steel construction with heavy duty spring assisted hinge. Three sanitary connections provided; 4” feed connection, 1” venting connection, 1” additional connection. Borosilicate sight glass for viewing curb interior. Top secured with (4) spring loaded thumb nut clamps, solenoid interlock for safe opening

Basket
Ø26” x 15.38”, 304L stainless steel construction with 2205 duplex stainless steel basket bottom hub. Keyless friction lock bushing. Manually loaded / unloaded by filter bag, zippered opening top (filter bag sold as separate item)

Bearing Housing
1018 hot rolled steel construction with RAL 9005 satin powder coat finish, Fixed distance synchronous belt drive, (2) sealed deep groove ball bearings mounted on 316 stainless steel spindle, Spindle mounted mechanical double seal with barrier tank buffer support system

Frame
1018 hot rolled steel construction with RAL 9005 satin powder coat finish, Casters are Ø5” x 2” wide urethane wheels with integral side locking brakes, (2) rigid, (2) swivel

Motor
5 HP, 208VAC, 3PH, 60HZ, 1800 RPM, TEFC, CL. 1 Div. 1, continuous duty, 60:1 constant torque

Variable Frequency Drive

Curb Isolation System
