• Always make sure your vacuum pumps and diffusion pump fluid is clean and within limits

The Unistat 915w is a water-cooled chiller that must be coupled with a cool water source or paired with a water chiller in order to operate. If an air-cooled chiller is required please speak with your sales representative before purchase.
