Current is introduced through electrode flanges to apply an electric field to the sample, enabling field-assisted flash sintering. Compared with traditional ceramic sintering, this process is extremely fast, energy‑saving, and beneficial for producing fine‑grained ceramics. It can be widely used for flash sintering of various ceramics. The system includes a high‑vacuum setup capable of reaching 5×10⁻⁴ Pa.

  • Heating elements: Molybdenum, platinum, tungsten, or graphite. When using graphite, the maximum temperature is 3000℃.
  • The gap between heating elements is adjustable according to sample thickness.
