The medium FlackTek is perfect for applications where you need to mix very a variety of amounts of materials, giving you the ability to rapidly formulating R&D test batches and scale those up to production batches.

Programmable Software

A touch screen interface makes programming in mixing settings quick and easy. The medium FlackTek™ can store up to 250 programs, making a change in product formulation as easy as the touch of a button.

Programmable Vacuum

With the option of programmable vacuum, your medium FlackTek™ can offer not only continuous inert gas purging in a positive pressure environment, but also allows you to automate the vacuum settings of the machine to your specific specs.

No Waste

When working with limited amounts of material, every last bit counts. With FlackTek’s bladeless mixing technology, you lose no material to mixing or stirring blades and have a wide range of closed containers to choose from for total mixing flexibility.

Variable Batch Sizes – Optional Vacuum

Recommended for environments that require both small-scale material formulation and scaling up to smaller pilot or specialty production quantities, the medium FlackTek™ product range offers weight capacities of up to 1000 g and container volumes of up to 3500 mL.

Many applications are extremely sensitive to entrained air or moisture, which can ruin the formulation if not fully removed. Our medium FlackTek™ lineup has both a non-vacuum and vacuum option, and also has the option of an adjustable arm counterbalance to give you even more flexibility when it comes to different material weights.
