DVSC-200 Vacuum Melt Spinning Furnace (Call for Pricing)

DVSC-200 is a benchtop vacuum melt spinning furnace designed for producing amorphous metal ribbons. In this process, metal chunks (<20g) are melted by induction heating, then extruded from the crucible by gas pressure. The molten metal is ejected onto a rapidly rotating copper wheel, rapidly quenched and solidified to form amorphous or microcrystalline ribbons (width < 10 mm). The system is installed in a stainless-steel chamber with a viewing window.

The chamber can be vacuumed and filled with gas, ensuring the process occurs in a water-free and oxygen-free environment. Users can adjust the copper wheel speed, induction power, temperature, and internal crucible gas pressure.

  • Configurable with 7KW, 15KW, or 20KW induction power supplies for different melting points; max melt volume: 20g
  • Copper wheel diameter: 200mm; max surface speed: 31 m/s
  • Equipped with vacuum casting system for metal casting
  • Compact design for space efficiency

SafeLeaf.ca carries a broad range of extraction and post-processing equipment including closed-loop hydrocarbon systems, CO₂ extractors, ethanol processors, rotary evaporators, falling film evaporators, wiped film distillation units, freeze dryers, vacuum ovens, and ancillary equipment. Browse the full catalogue or contact us for specific requirements.
Our primary market is Canadian processors. Some equipment can be sourced or referred for US-based operations, but regulatory and shipping considerations apply. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Yes. SafeLeaf.ca supports projects well beyond equipment sales, including planning, technical consulting, installation support, commissioning guidance, and broader turnkey implementation strategy.
Yes. Financing and leasing options may be available through partner channels, depending on the equipment package, customer profile, and project scope. This can make turnkey deployment much more accessible.
The best first step is a consultation. From there, SafeLeaf.ca can help define your extraction goals, recommend an appropriate workflow, identify compliance considerations, and shape a phased implementation plan.
