Tri Clamp Check Valve

Price range: $120.00 through $140.00

SKU: N/A Category:

Description

This one-way check valve allows flow in only one direction. When the flow stops the valve automatically closes to stop materials from back-flowing. The pressure required to open the valve and be adjusted by swapping out the inner spring (only one spring included) or rotating the spring plate. Quickly comes apart for easy cleaning.

Specification

Connection Type: Tri Clamp
Connection Size: 1.5″, 2″
Material: 304 Stainless Steel
Working Temp.: 14°F~248°F
Application: Prevent process backflow

Feature

[Size]: Tri Clamp Check Valves.

[Quality Materials]: The check valve is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is durable, stable, rust and corrosive-resistant, and good for long time using.

[Precise Design]: It is a kind of fluid automatic control valve without external control. When the fluid pressure is greater than the spring pressure, the valve will open automatically, and the valve will close when the fluid pressure is less than the spring pressure.

[High Working Temp. & Wide Range of Applications]: The main function is to prevent the medium backflow in the pipeline, to protect the loss of liquid suction, and to prevent the pipeline liquid hammer. It is suitable for different media including water, gas, and oil with working at 14°F~248°F.

[Operation Notice]: The check valve operates via a spring mechanism. The spring begins to open at approximately 3 psi, allowing a very slow flow. Pressures exceeding 85 psi may damage the spring and compromise the valve’s sealing ability.
