Description
Britesorb D300 is a silica xerogel engineered for colloidal stabilization of beer. Its highly selective surface adsorbs only the proteins that cause chill haze, not those that stabilize foam, making it especially effective on difficult-to-chillproof varieties. High adsorptive capacity with good filtration throughput means it can often replace combined treatments using silica hydrogel and PVPP. Food grade, insoluble in beer, non-hazardous and environmentally friendly. 40 lb bag.
